By downloading or using the Sipum mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.
Sipum is designed for tracking natural wines and craft beers. In accordance with European and Swiss regulations regarding the promotion and consumption of alcohol, you must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to use this application. By using Sipum, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.
The App allows you to store personal data (Name, Surname, Birthdate, Location) and content related to your tastings (text and up to 4 images per entry).
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: personal tracking of beverages. You must not attempt to extract the source code or use the App for any illegal activities.
Forensic Clause: To protect the integrity of the service and comply with legal obligations, the Developer logs device OS, model, and network information. In the event of a violation of Swiss or European laws, or abuse of the application, this data may be used for forensic purposes and shared with competent authorities.

You have the right to stop using the App and delete your data at any time via the "Delete Account" button in the settings. This action will permanently remove your profile, wine/beer records, and all associated images from our active databases.
The Sipum name, logo, and the App's design and code are the exclusive property of the Developer. You may not copy, modify, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the App.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in the European Union.
The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
