Cancel Account Procedure

In compliance with the Right to Erasure (GDPR/FADP), Sipum provides a direct and simple way for users to delete their account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account:

1 Open the Sipum application on your mobile device.

2 Navigate to the Settings page via the main menu.

3 Scroll to the bottom of the page.

4 Tap the button labeled "Delete Account".

5 Confirm your choice in the pop-up dialogue.

What happens next?

Once you click the confirmation button, the following data is immediately and permanently purged from our servers:

Personal Information: Name, Surname, Birthdate, and Location settings.
Profile Media: Your personal profile picture.
Experience Records: All saved logs of wines and beers.
Images: Every photo (up to 4 per entry) uploaded to your tasting library.

⚠️ Absolute Irreversibility

Please take note: The deletion process is final and irreversible. Once the data is deleted, it is gone forever.

The user cannot complain to the owner of the App or the Developer to recover deleted data.
Neither the application nor the owner can provide a restore tool or backup retrieval for these data.
Ensure you have MANUALLY saved any photos or tasting notes locally before initiating this procedure.
